Our UNSTOPPABLE Mission:
Our focus is on bringing you the best martial arts lessons in the Arlington area to give you the tools you need to defend yourself, maintain great health, and become the best version of yourself for a successful living.
MT KIM Martial Arts Arlington has earned the reputation in Arlington, as well as Ballston, Seven Corners, Falls Church, Lake Barcroft, of being the top martial arts school for enriching our students’ lives and equipping them to face life with the winning edge.
Many people believe the martial arts are about just fighting, but our program is much, much more than that. When you train in our martial arts classes you take advantage of the best self-improvement system in the world.
I’m the owner of MT KIM Martial Arts Arlington.
When I was a child, I began my martial arts journey, and the positive impact it had on my life was remarkable. It was always my dream to someday open my own school and pass on the skills, knowledge, and inspiration the martial arts have given to me.
Now, I proudly serve the Arlington community and feel an overwhelming sense of pride and humility when I see our students grow into happier, healthier, more confident children, teens, and adults!
Master Kwangje Cho is a 5th Dan black belt in Taekwondo and a 5th Dan black belt in Judo. He is a graduate of Yong In University in South Korea, one of the world’s premier institutions for martial arts education, and he proudly served as a Captain in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps.
In addition to his martial arts credentials, Master Cho holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Midwest University in the United States, bringing a unique blend of mental, emotional, and physical development to his teaching philosophy.
With decades of experience training students of all ages, Master Cho emphasizes discipline, confidence, respect, and strong technical fundamentals. He is also deeply involved in the Korean Judo community in the United States and currently serves as President of the Korea Judo Association in USA – Washington D.C. & Virginia.
Although many people think the martial arts are just about fighting, the truth is that the physical “kicking and punching” are really just the tools that I use to teach the more important, and MUCH more valuable lessons about yourself.
